I have read through your query in detail.
Being a radiologist I interpret ultrasound images everyday and your query is important to me.
The liver has got a larger right lobe and smaller left lobe.
1. The gall bladder is also visualized when evaluating the liver and appears as an elongated black shadow on ultrasound scan.
The gall bladder is seen on the following images provided by you
first row images 3 and 4
second row image 1
third row image 1
fourth row image 1
2. The liver veins (portal venous channels) and bile ducts also appear as small black rounded small dots on cross section.
It is seen on the following images

second row images 2 and 3
fourth row images 2 and 3
I reassure you that the black spots are normal structures as seen on images provided.
