                                            Question : Hello
I've noticed this morning what seems to be like blackheads around my anus. I've washed well with warm water but they did not go away.
I had a Pap test a month ago, and my gynecologist did not mention anything. She said everything was perfect.
I went to the doctor (generalist) and she said that they looked like black heads, but that a dermatologist would confirm.
I am very worried.

These are blackheads; no active intervention required
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image.
Yes, these are open comedones or blackheads.
There is nothing to worry about these and these can just be ignored as a normal variation.
Regards

Thank you doctor.
