Question: discus side effects of duloxetine-does it effect kidneys? been on I also crt for 2 months. Having bladder spasms when urinateing also cramping. Seen just hint of pink when wiping after going. I do have a primary doctor and also a urologist I can go see. My E:Mail address is YYYY@YYYY

No it definitely does not affect kidneys. Your symptoms are characteristic for either urinary tract infection or stones. Pink when wiping is due to blood presence in the urine.
I suggest you to consult your doctor and have abdominal ultrasound done (to see if there is a stone in kidneys). If nothing is found in the ultrasound, you should than consult urologist.
