Question : I had sex with a girl last weekend, I noticed 2 little painful to touch blisters, under my penis that are tiny in size and i ended up breaking them open today, They are 2 tiny sores next to each other that broke open with slight pressure, I have had these in the past once before and they cleared up within a week of being drained, could this be herpes or just a rash of some sort after having sex. I am not circumsized either, they are red now and i put a steriod cream like last time on the area thanks

Brief Answer: Possibility of HSV2 is there.Aciclovir indicated Detailed Answer: Hi, Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting your query. What you have explained fits with the diagnosis of Genital Herpes. Appearance of vesicles, pain, going for tiny ulceration, multiple grouped, recurrence and healing within a weeks time indicated that these lesions are due to nothing but Genital Herpes. Acilovir orally and topically are drugs of choice. Avoid sex during the lesion and few days after the lesions as there would be viral shedding.
