Brief Answer:
Bacterial folliculitis. Oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. Kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the images. I can see red. raised bumps and swelling.

This is bacterial folliculitis. Since this is recurrent I would suggest a course of oral antibiotic for a week e. g syrup Augmenting 2.5ml, thrice daily for a week. Along with that I would suggest topical antibiotic application (T-Bact cream), twice daily. Use an antibacterial soap e. g soapex soap. Avoid any massage oil on body or oil on scalp.

Brief Answer:
Bacterial colonization of skin. Alsi need to give oral antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

T bact is fine. Continue with it.
He also needs to be started on oral antibiotic e.g augmentin syp as suggested earlier. These skin lesions are due to bacterial infection of hair follicule. Cause could be bacterial colonization of skin which favors recurrent bacterial infection of hair follicles. This bacterial colonization of skin can be eradicated effectively by combining oral and topical antibiotics. Avoid using hair oil or massage oil and also use an antibacterial soap for bath.
