Brief Answer:
Sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Sinusitis may not necessarily present with fever. If on PNS x ray or CT there is evidence of sinusitis then antibiotics, nasal decongestants, local steroids and antihistamines should be advised to treat the infection. Local causes of blood in mucus should be looked for and treated accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
