- Since when have you had this problem?
- What do you mean by constant swallowing? Is it with food? With liquids? Or do you do it because of the difficulty in breathing?
- When do you feel most the shortness of breath? Do you have it while you rest or only when you exercise/walk? Does it wake you up while sleeping?
- Do you have other symptoms? Headache? Chest pain? Cough?
- Do you suffer from any other problem that you know of?
- Do you take any medicines?
