Question : In just few days, I have developed brown freckle looking spots on top of both my feet & sides of my ankles. There are many descriptions , on the web, of what this could be. I am 46 & recently had blood work. All was good except very low level of anemia.

According to your complaints, it seems to be seborrhoeic keratoses which are benign tumors of skin cells.
