Question : I have brown dirty patches or spots on the head of my penis.
I used to masturbate frequently and would never clean my penis well enough, I just didn't pay any attention to it. Until one day when I retracted my foreskin and noticed my penis with dirty spots.
I tried cleaning with soap, but it doesn't come off.
I tried using some skin lightening cream,i but no luck, it got worse.
My penis tip used to be pink, but now it's like dirty.
it's like when u don't wash your body and you get those dirt patches.
I have uploaded some pics for you to look at.

I have seen the attached pictures.
You surely have some pigmentation over the glans region .
However ,it does not look like any disease .
But still if you are very concerned ,you can start using a mild topical skin lightening agent which is kojic acid cream twice daily over it. It will cause some degree of skin lightening .
Other than this ,nothing else needs to be done since the pigmentation is inherent and cannot be completely removed by any means .
