Question : hi, doctor im 27 years old and I started to notice a browspot started to appear in the tip of my penis im wondering what might it be or what caused it, I only have sex with my wife we are both very loyal to each other so I don't think it might be an std..... what do u think it could be?

As an Urologist, i would like to know how long, since you noticed the discoloration.
It would be ideal, if you could just send a snap of that area, so as to give you a better advice.
Some discolorations are normally seen in many people, without causing any change in the size or symptoms, more common in diabetics.
Such discolorations should just be observed for sudden increase in size, or developing reddish discoloration,itching, or discharge from that area.
If there're such symptoms, don't delay a visit to the doctor, for a check-up.

its been almost a year since ive notice it, doent hurt hasnt got any bigger but its there....
