What Do Bumps Below Hairline Indicate?

Question : This weekend, I noticed four bumps located in the back of my head, by hairline and a little below. Sunday and Monday I had bumps under my chin and another one on the chin, where the bone is, close to the ear. This morning after my shower, I noticed a red bump on my right breast. (This seems to be located on the right side only, all the bumps.) I made an appointment with my dermatologist and I see him tomorrow. These bumps hurt and are itchy. What do you think it may be?
