Could be malignant
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
Bumps in oesophagus can be due to malignant growth or varices or even a benign tumor
It can be decided with your medical history supported with gross appearance of the swelling and can be confirmed by a biopsy
If possible give a detailed history along with upload of your scopy report till we get the biopsy report
