Question: had these bumps on my face with puss under the Skin but top has a cover like it's healing but when you squeeze it it has Parts with a funny smell kind of

I have seen your pictures and can appreciate hyperpigmentation, multiple bumps, superficial erosions and comedones.
All these point it towards being an acneform eruption.
You need to take oral and topical antibiotics.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline or tablet azithromycin along with topical adapelene gel or benzoyl peroxide gel.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
