I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. With regards to your symptoms like burning sore throat loose stools it may be related with stomach flu.
This is why I need to know how long do you have these symptoms?
2. You are reporting about loose stools with black flat flakes .
In such cases it would be great if you can send me a photo of your stools so I can give a more accurate opinion.
Meantime you can use antacids like gaviscon and PPI 's like prilosec OTC.
