What Do Cramps Near The Navel Indicate?

Question: Hi I'm a 40 year old female for the past four hours or so I have been experiencing a strange dull cramp like pain almost like a spasm in the right side of my bellybutton mid abdomen the pain last a second then disappears should I be concerned

You should get an Ultrasound abdomen.

Hi
Pain near bellybutton on right side could be due to Right sided ureteric stone or Appendicitis. Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
You should consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Till investigation, I will prescribe Antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine twice daily after food to my patients with similar complaints.

The pain is not increasing on a scale of 1-10 it's a 2 almost feels like a muscle spasm does not hurt when I move ... You are making me overly alarmed should I rush to urgent care
