Question : I am 45 year old woman, on oral contraceptives from past one year. with contraceptives i use to get periods just spotting. so i stopped the pills .. now no periods past 10 days after expected date. how to take care of this. didnt have sex from past 2.5 months

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress, hormonal disturbances or due to perimenopausal period.
Since you had no intercourse in last 2.5 months, then the chances of pregnancy are ruled out.
