kindly upload a pic
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
You got dents over the forehead.
I will like to know whether these dents appeared spontaneously or you got some lesions prior to them at the site of these dents?
I will also like to know are the dents asymptomatic or associated with some kind of pain / itch ?
Kindly reply to my questions and upload a pic of the lesions so that I can actually visualise them.
Good luck.

Soft tissue/bony swellings
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome again.
I have seen the attached pics. Thanks for the same.
I could appreciate two little raised lesions on your forehead. These can be soft tissue swellings, bony swellings or due to infection.
I need to know the following details:
!) are these swellings soft, firm or hard to feel?
2) Are they mobile or fixed to underlying structures?
3) Do they appear to be attached to underlying bone?
4) Have you ever shown these lesions to your doctor in person?
if possible , kindly also send me a pic again focussing on one lesion so that i can actually see to it clearly.
Kindly get back to me with the reply of questions.

                                    Brief Answer:
Osteoma is a possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The most likely possibility as per details is Osteoma.
These are benign lesions usually found in middle age group ,formed due to proliferation of bony tissue. The lesions are slow growing and are asymptomatic.
These can be left as such as they are usually harmless structures.
But if bothersome for you, you may go for surgical excision of these lesions.
Usually i advice my patients not to worry about these and leave them as such.
But one in case there is rapid growth of the lesions or become painful, you should consult a doctor.
I hope it helps.
