Brief Answer:
hold off solids, fluid replacement, probiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These symptoms are in keeping with an infection of the gastrointestinal tract, what some persons call the stomach flu.
It can be due to viral or bacterial infection, viral infection is more common.

Symptoms tend to last 3 to 4 days in most persons though can last up to 2 weeks in others.

Treatment--(1)Hold off ALL solid food till a 4 hour window with no symptoms

When 4 hours pass with no symptoms then start to eat a small amount of dry food like toast or biscuit. Plain rice can also be used.

If these are tolerated then other foods can be started.

(2) Use fluids to replace what you are losing with the diarrhea. Oral hydration drinks for vomiting/diarrhea or dilute sport drinks such as gatorade. If you use a sports drink, it would have to be diluted to reduce the sugar

(3)probiotics

(4)pepcid or zantac to help the bloating

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
