Swollen and tender glands in neck area under jaw
Some chills
Normally would not be concerned but swelling and tenderness ma
Is there a prescription that can knock this out quickly.

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description the lymphadenopathy can be assosiated with an infectious cause. Focus of infection should be looked for and treated accordingly. Viral infections are usually self limiting and don't require treatment.

For symptomatic relief , acetaminophen and ibuprofen are the options that you have available. Both are usually obtained OTC and can be taken. If the symptoms persist despite this then you should consult your doctor / GP.
