Question : Hi, I am a 76 year old woman who, at this time, has a blood pressure of 142/65. I have been very dizzy lately and wonder if my B/P has anything to do with this condition. What do you think?
none right now

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Probably blood pressure is not related to your symptoms. However, low pulse rate can cause this so count it. Other common causes includes low hemoglobin, cervical problem and lastly internal ear problems.
Get hemoglobin levels done if not done recently.
Is this dizziness Postural like aggravates on getting up, are any other symptoms like palpitations?
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
