Brief Answer:
ALT-mildly increased and AST-borderline,can be due to alcohol consumption.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The normal level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) is less than 50 IU/L for adult males.
Thus, ALT is definitely higher than normal range and AST is borderline.
Is there history of alcohol intake?
Alcohol intake can elevated ALT and AST levels.
In case there is any such history, reduction or discontinuation of alcohol can bring ALT and AST levels within normal biological range.

Thanks and take care
