Brief Answer:
Hello dear. prognosis is still good

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. I would like to know
What is the stage of disease
What chemo drugs were used
Raised cardiac enzymes means she had some kind of heart injury whichbis most likely a myocardial infarction for which she in under heparin drip. Prognosis is still good. After recovery we need to change the chemotherapy drug if the drug is supposed to cause the injury. However, she should be under continuous echocardiographic monitoring at frequent intervals.
Thanks and regards
