Brief Answer:
Possible diagnosis of inactivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mikefrey42, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. You are having problem of inactivity and social withdrawal. It can be due to

: Hypothyroidism
: Depression
: Drug abuse like Cocaine/alcohol
: Chronic illness like tuberculosis.
: Mental stress
: Low vitamin B12

All these illness can cause above symptoms. You should consult doctor to rule out these. He will examine you, take your history and do blood investigations like

: Thyroid function test
: B12 level
: Complete blood count and peripheral smear
: Kidney and liver function test

If suspected, he/she will also refer you to Psychiatrist for counselling and evaluation. Only after it, diagnosis can be confirmed. Final treatment can be given after confirming diagnosis.
