Question : I am facjng facial and head(under hair) pimples issue and these are itching and paining a lot, please help:

Acne and it’s management
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having acne.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the pimples twice daily.
Also use a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly for headwash and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime.
These are prescription medicines and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Besides this avoid oiling of scalp, avoid sugary foods, keep your face dry and avoid oily creams and cosmetics.
