Question : I am a 55 year old female and I became unwell about 3 months with what I thought was a bad flu..Symptoms included fatigue , ashma like symptoms, dizzziness and limb stiffness when excercising..I had an episode while dining our, where I became extremely dizzy , quite pale with pupil dilation.. My husband brought me to emergency and nothing showed up on the tests....Recently I also notice a honeycomb shape rash & swelling on my upper legs and arms...My physician has performed various tests including bloodwork, ecg..respiratory assessment including x-rays .& a kidney function test.. I am becoming very frustrated because i have always been health with the exception of a c-5 replacement that was performed 5 years ago....

Further inputs needed

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query carefully. I would request you to upload the medical notes and investigation reports.

Also, please mention if you are diabetic and how long you have been having a raised blood pressure.

It would also help if you can upload an image of the rash. Based on that I would guide you further.

It is possible that a viral infection triggered a decompensated state.

Fluctuations in blood pressure could cause dizziness. Certain conditions like cervical spondylosis could also be associated, and the C5 replacement just seems to confirm the same.

Vertebral traction, static neck exercises and physical therapy could help.

I would await your inputs. Based on that I would guide you further.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
