Brief Answer:

Lab variation can be one reason.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yours is a case of subclinical hypothyroidism.

Before starting the treatment please check your anti TPO values.

Now to explain you TSH 6 is a borderline value, due to femilon it went to .9 or .02 or whatever fluctuations.

and variations in 24 days from 6 to 11 is more of lab dependent.

So first thing is confirm whether you need treatment or not.

Also tell me if any other concerns are there.

Why femilon was required? How long did you take? how are periods now?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks you doctor...
Due to thyroid being 6 in August my bleeding was not stopping so I was put in regestrone then around 29 sep tsh was 2.8 after taking thyronorm for 5 weeks then my gyanae asked me to be on femilion for 3 months so that regulation of periods happens
Then on 27 Nov Tsh was 2.4 , I was taking femilion and date bleeding was XXXXXXX
Then 30 Dec Tsh was 0.9 , I was taking femilion and bleeding was normal
Last dosage of femilion was on 6th XXXXXXX
Then bleeding happened normal
After that on 17th I took TSH test value was 0.02
Then date was suppose to happen last week it still hasn't come and
TSH test on 10 Feb - 6.5 reading
TSh test on 11 Feb ( from different lab)- 11.2
And periods due for this month have not come

Brief Answer:

Weight generated problems.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Looking at these figures, it seems your thyroid and irregular periods are more of weight generated issues.

You must cut down weight. To help you losing weight and regulating periods without affecting fertility, you may start with , Metformin three times a day.

All before major meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Please check your anti TPO and let me know.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
