Brief Answer:

This is physiologic variation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There is physiologic variation in body temperature during different times of day, etc.

As age increases, the temperature regulation is also affected normally. Older people are unable to regulate their body temperatures to the same degree as compared to a younger age. Their responses to changes in body temperature are altered.

Their responses to climate change are also altered. Several types of research suggest that body temperature decreases with increasing age and fluctuates more in XXXXXXX populations.

If you have any other symptoms like weakness, fever, etc then please let me know.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
