Question: hello I would like I ask a question about puberty and penis size.im currently 21 I think I started puberty quite early as I was always really tall compared to my peers and even taller than some older students at my school but when it comes to my penis it never actually grew.my voice also is still really high and I never experienced voice cracking or anything like that.i some blood tests at the age of 20 but I was told that all of them are normal.i was quite obese as a child, didn't really exercise and I didn't sleep much.i also had undroped testicle as a newborn. I was wondering could i be extremely late bloomer or if I caused this myself and if there is any way I can change this.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms you described are typically to those of Kleinefelter syndrome.
It is a genetic disorder that affects males and is characterized by; chriptorchirdia in childhood, micropenis, these males are taller than their peers.
The treatment consists in hormone replacement ( testosterone).
You should see an endocrinologist for a clinical and genetic examination to confirm the diagnosis and start treatment.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

About KF syndrome:

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!

It does not mean that you should have all the symptoms to check for Klinefelter syndrome.
Moreover, in a tall individual with microphallus and cryptorchidie, it should be ruled out.

Wish you good health.
Feel free to ask further.

Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
