Brief Answer:
Firstly check the source of infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Firstly check in her environment, the source of infection. It could be polluted air, polluted water, spicy food, etc.

She can take tab cetrizine for runny nose once a day.
If it has been for more than 5 days, then blood tests can be done to find the cause. Blood tests can include complete blood count and a chest xray can be done to start with. Further tests can be done according to the findings.

A consultation with ENT (ear, nose, throat) Specialist can be taken.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
