Question : 35 year old female, healthy and have annual checkups as I should. I have not started/stopped any medications recently. For the last week, I've had regular heart palpitations, flutter feeling at the base of my neck, lump in the throat feeling, and some dizziness and lightheadedness.

There are many conditions that could explain your symptoms. It could be anemia, throid disorder or heart problem. There is no way to sort this out except for you to see a doctor and have an exam, EKG and blood work done.
Until you are seen drink plenty of water eat healthy food. Avoid all alcohol, caffeine and tobacco. If your symptoms become worse please go to Emergency.
