Question: Hi Doctor .....
I have a problem of heartburn..
I have stomach pain it feels like cramping...
The foods i intake are vomited every time ...
I already had Endoscopy & Colonoscopy....
But they said everything looks fine .
I have already tried all gastric medicines , syrups and now even antidepressant tablets as i am going through a bad state...
The Endoscopy report says so:- IN ANTRUM:- Erythema & Erosions
REPORT IMPRESSION:- Antral Gastritis

The Colonoscopy report says so:-
IN RECTUM :- Focal erythematous areas seen in distal rectum
ANAL CANAL:- Haemorrhoids
REPORT IMPRESSION:- Distal Proctitis
Haemorrhoids

Now they are also planning to take CT contrast, to see any other problem.... Please suggest me what to do next, as i am going through this phase for a peroid more than six months without any change...

I have forgot to mention two thing earlier, that in between this health problem,since last two months i have gone through sudden tiredness and weakness... Also weight loss is also seen...
Second this is my second endoscopy and colonoscopy... First time nothing mentioned report says Normal & No biopsy taken..
This time only they mentioned certain things in the report and biopsy also taken...

Medications i have you been taking:-
DOM-DT 10mg (1/2 -0-1/2)
Rabonik Plus (1-0-0)
Sucrafil 10ml
Pantop
Certain Medicines were also taken but the previous prescription is missing... The medicines were taking for last one year... Not continuously , when the pain or vomiting were increased or were out of control...

Was H.pylori infection :-
i am not sure, but they told me no infections...

Biopsy was done results waiting... Update you soon i receive...
