Question : hi I took a blood work at work and it come up that agap is high I was wondering what that is and a ggt was high also could you tell me what those are and what I can do to get it down

Does AGAP mean anion gap?

GGT reflects liver or gall bladder problems. Do you have any symptoms like pain abdomen, stones in the gall bladder, etc? Do you drink alcohol or take any medicines?

My suggestion, for now, is to drink cleaner water and avoid any medicines including pain killers.
