Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Intermittent pain might just be a part of the issue you already are having but according to your description its obvious that you previously had that pain more at night and now you are having it at other times as well.

Although is does not seem to be an emergency but as this pain is getting more frequent I would suggest you to get it chacked for the reason, it will be on your doctor's decision so look into matter and decide if :

1) You should continue same treatement.
2) Hwat tests should be done.
3) Should the meds be changed?

I would suggest you not to panic drink much water fix an appointment with your doctor and get a routine checkup done, if things are not significantly changed then well and good otherwise your doctor will decide the new examinations and tests he wants and then the results will decide what new meds or same meds with changed doses are needed.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
