Brief Answer:
Acute Allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

There are two possibilities:
1. First is acute allergic reaction to Tamiflu
2. Urticaria/ Viral examthem due to your primary illness

In both the case scenario, you would need to continue Allegra and Benadryl for 5 days as these hives would come and go for 3-5 days, till the allergy settles down.
Oral cortisone is required in case these eruptions don't settle with the anti allergics.

You also need to stop Tamiflu after discussion with your treating doctor.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.

Stay Healthy.
