Question : I have an itchy rash on my elbows and on both sides of my stomach and behind my knees?

scabies or eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The picture is not clear. YOu should take multiple images of different areas under sunlight and upload it.
As per the description the possibilities are scabies rash or eczematous dermatitits.
If it is scabies EURAX cream has to be applied on all over the body at night and washed off the next morning.
If it is eczema, a low dose over the counter steroid like Hydrocortisone 1% can be tried over the area involved.

on a look they appear eczematous lesions. Did you start hydrocortisone?
