Question : I have three red sores on my thigh that have a bulls I. They are itchy. I suspect they are tick bites. Should I start antibiotics? Will that prevent lyme disease?

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like a bed bug bite and not tick bite.
Just apply an antibiotic cream like mupirocine twice daily for a week.
If you are sure that it's a tick bite then you can take a course of doxycycline for 15 days.
It is safe and effective.
