Question : I sometimes have places on my fingers and hands that itch. Usually I end up scratching it but get what appears to be blisters filled with water where I have scratched. I was wondering what this could be.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having dermatitis.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined by a Dermatologist.
You can take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 180 mg once a day for relief.
Local application of skin cream containing steroid like betamethasone and antifungal medication like miconazole along with an antibiotic like gentamycin will be helpful.

Keep the area clean and moisturized.
