Question : Please suggest is all these reports are normal with respect to have anxiety and stress from last 5 months.
Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modifications.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Your reports attached are absolutely normal. Your fasting blood sugar is a little high and that poses you to risk of future development of Diabetes.
I would recommend you low carbohydrate, sugar free diet and regular exercises to prevent Diabetes in future.
These reports don't have anything to explain for your anxiety.
You should see your Psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment.
Feel free to ask me if you have any query in your mind.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
See a Psychiatrist
Detailed Answer:
Hello, your reports are absolutely normal. Your symptoms are non specific. They are not suggestive of HIV infection.
If you read anxiety disorder, Somatiform disorder you would find the same symptoms.
I would advice you to see a Psychiatrist, who would treat you with Anti Anxiety drugs for a short course.
I hope it helps.
Take Care.
