Question : My wife has splenomegaly (21cm) due to ehpvo. She is 26 week pregnant. Platelets count 30000. Is there any risk at such low count??

The platelet count is extremely low. It cause a spontaneous bleeding. You need to get her admitted in hospital for platelet rich plasma infusion to combat the problem.
