What Do Lower Backache, Constipation And Bloody Stool Indicate?

default
Posted on Mon, 16 Oct 2017
Question: Going on four weeks now I have had terrible lower back pain stabbing in my right side, my abdomen is sore and tender, I have been extremely constipated with bloody stool, my right leg hurts so bad it hurts to walk on, the pain shoots down to my feet. I lay at night crying due to the frustation of not sleeping and pain, i habe missed work because I cant handle the pain.. I find myself extremely sad latley. At night even when i am calm my heart starts to race and i start crying cause even tho I know i am tired i cant sleep.  I have been to promp care twice, the er once and my doctor and i have gotten no where, i am not sure if anyone really cares and im starting to lose hope and worried i will have to learn to live like this. I know some problems can take time to diagnose or figure out but it feels like a lifetime trying to get answers when your on pain. I may seem dramatic because I have also been more emotional these past few weeks cause I am worried. I am not the type to go to hospitals, the only two times I have been were to give birth two my two children. I am at risk of losing the one good job i have found in years. I work at a call center and sit all day and I know your thinking that can't be hard, but it is unbearable to sit there with this pain in my abdomen and side, and when I stand my legs hurt so bad I find tears rolling down my face. The headaches are unbearable at times and i have no desire to eat. The pain in my back and leg are the worst, i have never been put down this long before or ever for that matter. I am always dizzy and fatigued and cant keep up with my children. Anything i do hurts or leaves me out of breath. I know its not normal to feel this way this long but is there anything that can help me?
I have had a CT of my abdomen and pelvis done at the er. They ruled out kidney stones, infections such as UTI, all my blood counts are good. I am not anemic, I took a 9 day prednisone prescription and was told that should help but it has not and that's when I went back the er. My doctor gave me naproxin but I swear I feel like the inflammation is worse, I stopped taking Tylenol altogether cause I just don't see the point when I feel no different afterward so why put it in my body. I have no rashes or cuts , I was also told to start physical therapy but after one session I woke up feeling as tho I was hit by a train and we didn't really even do anything.  So far in the er all I have been told was they can't find anything and to take Tylenol for the pain. The unknown sucks! My doctor is trying to schedule a MRI but I'm worried that might not even help. No way I sit or lay brings me any comfort, on occasion being balled up helps for a moment but not for long. I just want a good night sleep, is there anything I can do for that at least I have been taking like 20mg of melatonin and that don't help either. Is there anything or any advise anyone has for me? Hot baths feel decent but once I get out of I don't lay down right away I will pass out my body feels like it weighs a ton and I feel my entire body pulsing and I am the dizziest ever. Litterally I have to lay there in silence with no movement for at least 15 min. Has anyone else experienced anything like that?

the pain is mostly on the right side only.. my knees elbows and hands sometimes feel like they are about to give out and creeky if that makes sense causing me to limp or walk slower. I have had a fever off and on but not in the past 4 days. at one point I had a fever of 103 but now my temp is 98.9 so that seems fine, I did have a moment a month ago where in 28 days between two doctors visits I had lost a total of 17 pounds. I have experienced vommiting, once already today sometimes twice a day. what steps can I take towards getting better?
