Question : My wife has pelvic pains that a family doctor or gynocologist or urogynocologist or urologist or gastrologist plus a syscoptopy and ultrasound all say there is nothing there to be concerned about. The pain is her lower pelvic area and the small of her back. Is there someone else who be an expert in this area.

The pain in the pelvis and lower back that your wife is having can be a nerve related pain. This can be diagnosed by a Neurologist. Such nerve related pains are difficult to treat. Medicines like Pregabalin and methylcobalamin can be helpful.
