Question : Hi i have missed my periods and i have done a pregnancy test which is negative and i have no signs. I have just started to do sit ups. I?'m i likely to be pregnant

Thanks for the query to HCM,
If the urine pregnancy test has been done before 8 days post missed periods then it may show a false negative result. the best way to conclusively rule out pregnancy would be to get a serum beta hcg test done.
If the hcg levels are less than 3mIU , then you are surely not pregnant and the delay is likely to be stress induced.
