                                    Brief Answer:
Decrease the dose of thyronorm
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
You are currently over replaced with thyronorm. When planning pregnany your TSH should be between 0.4 and 2.5. Your TSH is below that. You need to decrease the dose of thyronorm probably to 50 mcg after consulting your physician.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you.

                                    Brief Answer:
Once every 2-3 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Few tips if your TSH is fluctuating
1. Take the tablet in morning empty stomach.
2. Preferably take food / tea/coffee after 1 hour
3. Keep the tablet in sun protected area
4. Never miss a tablet, if you miss, take twice the dose next day morning
5. Avoid any other medications within 1 hour of thyronorm
6. Buy tablets from a good pharmacy- never as loose tablets.
Even after all these measures, if your TSH is fluctuating , consult an endocrinologist. Till control is achieved you should check TSH every 2-3 months. Then you can test it every 6-12 months.
