Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Based on data you provided i can say that you have first stage of hypertension, pre diabetes and dyslipidemia.

If you were my patient I would recommend the following steps to control BP, pre diabetes and dyslipidemia:
- Reduce salty intake.
- Reduce alcohol intake.
- Stop smoking.
- Avoid eating to much fast food, sweets, fatty red meat etc.
- Increase physical activity.
- Loose weight.
This steps are necessary before beginning medication therapy.

Start medication therapy if after 2-3 months BP and dyslipidemia is not stabilised by the above advises.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
