Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your blood pressure values are within the normal limits most of the days.

Nevertheless you should know that it is important monitoring your blood pressure values more frequently during the day and for a longer period than just 3 days. I would recommend to closely monitor your blood pressure for 7-10 consequent days, in order we can come into more precise conclusions on your blood pressure.

Your cardiac frequency is low too. Metoprolol could be the cause of such heart rate.

Anyway if you have not symptoms, like chronic fatigue, dizziness etc, there is nothing to worry about.

The blood pressure and heart rate should be coupled with the clinical symptomatology when considering possible changes to your actual therapy.

Your actual therapy seems to be effective.

You should refer the values of blood pressure and heart rate for a prolonged period to your doctor and discuss the possible changes to your therapy.

Hope to have been helpful!

If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask me!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
