Question : My roommate a 48 year old female, just took her blood pressure twice. #s 71/80 65/34, what do you recommend?

Do not let her sit up and stand that will cause a further drop in blood pressure.
Her blood pressure is seriously low which requires urgent medical help.
You need to call 911 or take her to the nearest Emergency Room.
If she is awake, you can ask her to drink plenty of water.
Mix 5 grams of sugar and one gram of salt in one liter of water and ask her to drink it as fast as possible.
