Brief Answer:
Hello Again
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the details, as your last week blood pressure was normal so I would like to suggest you to wait for few days and keep recording your blood pressure and maintain a chart if it stays above 140/90 mmhg then we need to start medicine.
By the mean time I would like to advise you to start following healthy lifestyle like going for daily morning walks which you do already, cut down your dietary salt intake, take good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet, avoid taking stress as much possible, avoid consumption of caffeine containing drinks like coffee and soft drinks.
Get back to me after a week blood pressure records then we will decide whether you need to be started on blood pressure lowering medicines or not.
Hope this information will be helpful.
Kind regards
