Brief Answer:
Need further bp monitoring

Detailed Answer:
Hi madam,
Welcome back.
Its Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
I can see your bp fluctuating very much especially during night. It is slightly on higher side.
You are taking propanolol 10mg twice daily.
I wanted to know whether the sleep is fine or you do not get much sleep. Also tell me your eating habbits during dinner.
Continue monitoring your bp. Bp should always be monitored in a relaxed state preferably in sitting position. And if you are taking it by the digital bp machine, the actual bp is the mean of two bp readings.
Thanks & take care
