                                    Brief Answer:
not syphilis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Vdrl and TPHA both are tests for syphilis.
VDRL is non specific test and it's titre gradually decrease while TPHA is a specific test and it remains positive through out life.
Hence a positive TPHA doesn't mean that you have syphilis.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

VDRL low titre from beginning means that was older VDRL positive remain? VDRL could be consider low and not actual infection?
year a go get lumbar puntion with negative results in VDRL and FTA Abs, that means not neurological affection?
Many thanks for you help.
Sorry 3 last results VDRL TPHA , feb , May and Oct are 2014

                                    Brief Answer:
no syphilis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
You are correct, these values are post treatment.
Slight variation in titre can be there but it should not be too high.
Csf is negative which rules out brain involvement.
Just relax.
Thank you.
