What Do My Blood Sugar Levels Indicate?

Question : Just woke up took my my blood sugar level and it was 123 and my blood pressure averages 145/80 for the entire day and im on atenol and one other blood pressure med and on a lovastatin for cholesterol. I've been power walking / now jogging some 2.5 miles a day four days a week for the last four months some weeks six days most six. im 54 5' 7" 210 lbs. i was 227 ween I started walking etc. The reason for me writing is I have felt a little light headediness the past three days I also have worked seven days a week 12-14 hours a day. I took yesterday and day before off 1/2 days to give my body rest and have not walked?jogged since last friday when I began to feel faint.

Your blood pressures after you woke up was 123 which means that your fasting sugars are in the prediabetic range (100-125mg).This is probably why you might have experienced lightheadedness.
Your blood pressure are under control.

I would like like to if have any history of diabetes.If yes, Are you taking any medications for diabetes?
I would ask for few labs(fasting and postprandial sugars, HbA1c) to understand your glycemic control.

My blood sugar when I woke up was 123 not blood pressure. Yes that is pre diabetic.
My blood pressure in am when woke up was 145/80
